Snake to Horse : The Season of shedding & charging forward

After two and a half months of silence, I’m finally back — and this isn’t just a life update. It’s a mini transformation story.

The last season brought inflammation, flu-like symptoms, a literal storm that forced us out of our home, missed work, identity shifts, and the shedding of old beliefs, old structures, and even certain relationships. It was humbling. It was destabilizing. And it was necessary.

The Year of the Snake taught me that shedding isn’t glamorous. It’s uncomfortable, isolating, and disorienting. You think you know who you are — until life shows you another layer. But now, we enter the Year of the Horse. And the horse doesn’t crawl. The horse charges.
