MY STORY:
Hi beautiful soul! I’m Meenu Ananthh. I was born and raised in Chennai, India for the first 18 years of my life and have moved and lived in different parts of the world since. I now live in Nashville and run my business from here working with people all over the globe.
Having had a grandfather “Pandit Sethuraman”, who was a world-renowned numerologist, my entire family drilled some spiritual concepts into me since I was a child.
I grew up watching both my parents meditate everyday. So naturally once I turned 18, my parents had me meet my very first teacher to learn Meditation under Maharishi Mahadev Institution. I was given my first “mantra” to chant during meditation. And my teacher’s words were “Use this, it’s your treasure and it will serve you for life”. Of course I didn’t take him seriously. My teenage overthinking distracted mind just wanted to have fun and go on about my life! And so I did without taking my life seriously. But it wasn't fun and games....
And this is what continued to happen...
When I turned 24, I had a Spiritual Awakening. And if you have experienced it, you must know how it feel like. I hit a deep depression and nothing made sense at that time. The concepts I had learnt, the belief systems I had, the relationship I was in, nothing made sense. It felt like my whole life was falling apart. And I had so many questions that needed answers.
I was living in Mexico at that time and it was 2015. I didn’t know anyone there and wanted to make some friends, still feeling inquisitive and lost. I went to a Meetup group (a social community where one can meet people) and one of them in the group said that there was going to be an “Energy Healing” workshop that weekend and asked me if I had any interest. And since that time I already felt lost, depressed and wanting more, without knowing what I was getting into, I said yes.
A much required Pivot occurred!
And since then my life began to change rapidly. After the workshop was over, I felt excited. I also finally realized the power of meditation and started practicing it more regularly. What I felt with everything was new and yet familiar, almost like I was meant to keep pursuing this path. I started getting certified in different modalities such as Reiki, Quantum Touch, Theta Healing, Life Coaching, EFT, Meridian Healing, Meditation Training, Hypnotherapy and more. And at that time, I had a 9-5 corporate job and I was slowly losing interest in it.
So I began to practice everything I had learnt with my friends and family. They gave me amazing feedback so my confidence began to grow. I started a part-time business and started posting on different groups in social media that I was ready to see clients and help them. Surprisingly, the community in Mexico was very warm and welcoming to my approach and I began seeing clients in my home office.
I became more joyful, more happy and everything fell into place. Almost like I had found my purpose.
But a lot of things were happening parallelly in spite of me finding my purpose. A huge breakup of 8 years of relationship, inflammation in my body, moving to the United States, etc.
A Huge Turning point in 2020!
In 2020, with covid, I went back into a dark place again. I finally developed the courage to leave a relationship that was holding me back and decided to go all in on my business full-time. And I am so glad I did!
The faith I had in Meditation along with all the other practices I had was getting stronger and stronger as I was healing at a rapid pace. I felt like a superhuman!
In the present moment I can say that I am grateful for everything that has happened as it led me into my greatest calling. I have healed so many insecurities, people pleasing tendencies, low self-worth, depression. anxiety and what not. I now live an anxiety-free life and feel deep content and satisfaction on a regular basis. I wake up excited, ready to serve my amazing clients.
I also developed this zest for manifestation and have manifested some pretty amazing things into my life including a beautiful home, amazing clients, the greatest of friendships, an amazing partner, a spiritual community so much more! This did not come overnight and I realize that. It took time, faith and practice, but it worked!
The more inner work and clearings I did on myself, the more everything started to fall into place faster than I imagined. I now have served over 2200 clients all over the world with 9 years of experience in the industry and counting.
MY PURPOSE:
As you have a good idea of my story, you now know why I am here!
To teach you everything I know. To help you heal everything I have healed within me. Because I know that if I can do it, anyone can. You just have to want it bad enough!
