Energy healing is one of the deepest areas of my work and one of the most transformational modalities I have practiced for the past 10 years.
This was one of the next major steps after meditation that led me deeper into spirituality, healing, and inner transformation. My approach is not limited to one modality or one lens. I work with multiple healing systems to read your energy, understand your chakra blueprint, and help uncover what may truly be going on beneath the surface.

When most people hear “energy healing,” they automatically think of Reiki. While Reiki is one of the modalities I use, my sessions are far more customized and multidimensional than that.

This is not a one-size-fits-all session.
This is a curated healing experience.
I work with your energy as a whole, helping you understand where there is flow, where there is depletion, where there may be blocks, and what your system may be asking for at this stage of your healing.

Your chakras are constantly responding to your life.
They shift based on stress, emotions, trauma, relationships, life transitions, spiritual disconnection, fear, burnout, and what you may still be carrying in your energetic body.

How This Works
In this 60 minute session, I will work intuitively and energetically to assess your chakra system, understand the flow of your energy, and identify where there may be blocks, imbalances, depletion, or deeper healing needs.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of:
your chakra system and how it is currently functioning
where there is flow and where there is not
what could be contributing to your current struggles
what your energy may be trying to communicate
what kind of healing or next steps may best support you
You will also receive a customized healing plan based on what comes through in the session.
If it feels aligned for both of us, we may discuss additional support, whether that is a few sessions, a deeper transformational container, or a more customized healing path.
And if what you need falls outside my scope, I will always be honest and happy to recommend another skilled professional or practitioner who may better support your next step.
