HOW IS ENERGY HEALING DONE?
Energy healing is thorough and non-invasive and is suitable for people of all age groups. Physical and emotional imbalances tend to occur when the flow of the "Prana" which is life-force energy in the body is disrupted, weakened or blocked. An imbalance in the body can be caused due to emotional trauma or/ and physical trauma.
Fear, anxiety, chronic stress, trauma and PTSD can all manifest as energy blocks.
By using various Energy Healing modalities such as Life Coaching, Reiki, Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing and more, Meenu focuses on balancing the life-force energy which enables the body to restart the healing process from within. The mind and body are fiercely connected, and if one is affected, so is the other.
In your first session, Meenu will dive deeper into your Energy field and get an understanding of the Chakra system in your body to examine which chakras are active versus dormant.
After the first session, based on what Meenu picks up, she will suggest different options to work together to heal the deeper issue / imbalance you may be facing (Based on if she knows she can help you and also if you both would be a good fit to work together). This will be discussed towards the end of the session.

All sessions can be conducted via the Zoom option. Receive all the healing you need at the comfort of your own home. Energy Healing is not confined by time or space and can be done on anyone at anytime as long as you are open-minded.
In-person option can be chosen for first-timers if preferred, but not required.
